Delivery fee information

When you book two or more, we offer an additional discount benefit
When you book two or more, you will receive an additional discount of 1,000 won per booking, which can be applied infinitely. For a booking of three bags, you will receive a discount of 2,000 won, and for a booking of four bags, you will receive a discount of 3,000 won. Refer to FAQ

Advance booking
Reservation can be made until 18:00, one day prior to the service date. (Please note that cancellations or changes to the reservation can be made until 18:00, one day prior to the service date.)
Same day booking
Reservations can be made starting from 18:00, one day prior to the service date.
Due to the nature of the service, for same-day reservations, an additional process of confirming the schedule is required after payment completion. If the service is not available, we will contact you separately.
If the service is unavailable, the notification time will be as follows: For reservations made from the previous day 18:00 until 08:00 on the day of the reservation, the notification will be sent between 08:00 and 09:00 on the same day. For other same-day reservations, the notification will be sent within 30 minutes after the reservation payment is completed.

Things to check before making a reservation
  • When you leave your travel luggage at the accommodation, please inform the host that the travel bag delivery service, 'TripBag Manager,' will take care of it.
  • The location to drop off your travel luggage at the airport is Exit 1 on the 1st floor, and the location to pick up your travel luggage at the airport is Departure Exit 4 on the 3rd floor.
  • Please store high-value or fragile items separately. (We are not responsible for any loss or damage.)
  • Small items such as umbrellas, clothing, food wrappers, shopping bags, etc., are not eligible for free delivery
  • Please note that items that have not been requested for delivery will not be delivered.
  • If multiple items are bundled together and reserved as a single package, the delivery may be refused.
  • We do not offer delivery to Udo Island or other outlying areas of Jeju Island. However, for Udo Island, pickup and delivery can be arranged at Seongsan Port.
  • We recommend that you have essential items (such as medication, cosmetics, sunglasses, swimming gear, etc.) with you in case you may need them before your bag arrives.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellation and changes are possible until 18:00 the day before service usage (100% refund for cancellations)
  • Please note that cancellations and refunds are not available after 18:00 the day before service usage. Please be aware of this.
  • For same-day bookings, cancellations and refunds are not allowed after the reservation payment is completed due to the nature of the service. However, if the service is unavailable after TripBag confirms the schedule, a full refund will be provided.
