Photo registration and luggage delivery method

For detailed delivery information, please call your assigned manager for accurate guidance after 08:00 on the day of delivery. You can find the delivery status by accessing Delivery Tracking > Manager Information and contacting your assigned manager.

  • CASE 1 Airport Accommodation
    1. Pick up time at the airport : 08:00 to 15:00 (designated as flight arrival time +20 minutes or more)
    2. Upload a photo of your luggage : Until 10 minutes before the pick-up time.
    3. Bag drop-off location : "Front of Exit 1 at Jeju Airport 1st floor (Face-to-face pick-up)
    4. The arrival time of the luggage : Arrival before 19:00 (KakaoTalk message will be sent upon arrival)
      (Delivery time may be delayed depending on weather conditions, flight delays, and traffic situations.)
    Important notice
    • Please upload a photo of your luggage before boarding the plane or prior to pick-up.
    • The delivery of luggage to accommodations or other destinations is done sequentially based on the route, and therefore, specifying an arrival time is not possible. Generally, delivery is completed by 19:00 (before 19:00). However, please note that delivery times may be subject to delays due to weather conditions, flight delays, traffic situations, and other factors.
    • At the scheduled time, the manager will contact you via text message or phone call, and you can deliver your luggage at Exit1 on the 1st floor of Jeju Airport.
    • If there is a flight delay, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in preparing for a comfortable journey.
    • If you fail to notify us in advance of any delays or if you are a no-show or unable to contact us at the reserved time, the service will be canceled and no refund will be provided.
    • We may provide advance notice if the provision of the reserved service becomes difficult due to the booking situation.
  • CASE 2 Accommodation Accommodation
    1. The pick-up time at the accommodation :
    2. Upload the baggage photo : Until 10 minutes before the pick-up time.
    3. The luggage storage area : At the front desk or the designated location
      (Non-face-to-face pick-up / KakaoTalk message will be sent upon pick-up)
    4. The arrival time of the luggage : Arrival before 19:00 (KakaoTalk message will be sent upon arrival)
      (Delivery time may be delayed depending on weather conditions, traffic situations, etc.)
    Important notice
    • The pick-up time at the accommodation varies by location, Please confirm and store your luggage at the front desk or the designated location at the accommodation until the specified time indicated, and you can proceed with your travel.
    • Please take a photo of your luggage and the storage location before the pick-up time, and upload the photos using the provided link for luggage photo upload.
    • The delivery of luggage to accommodations or other destinations is done sequentially based on the route, and therefore, specifying an arrival time is not possible. Generally, delivery is completed by 19:00 (before 19:00). However, please note that delivery times may be subject to delays depending on weather conditions, traffic situations, etc
    • If there is no front desk available, such as in an Airbnb or private residence, please consult with the accommodation manager and store your luggage in a safe place. Afterward, please upload a photo of your luggage and leave the luggage storage location in the request notes during the payment process.
    • We may provide advance notice if the provision of the reserved service becomes difficult due to the booking situation.
  • CASE 3 Accommodation Airport
    1. The pick-up time at the accommodation :
    2. Upload the baggage photo : Until 10 minutes before the pick-up time.
    3. The luggage storage area : At the front desk or the designated location
      (Non-face-to-face pick-up / KakaoTalk message will be sent upon pick-up)
    4. Bag drop-off location : Front of Exit 4 on the 3rd floor of Jeju Airport Departure (Face-to-face delivery)
      (Delivery time at the airport is from 14:00 to 20:00.)
    Important notice
    • The basic pick-up details for [accommodation-airport] are the same as [accommodation-accommodation]
    • At the scheduled time, the manager will contact you via text message or phone call, and you can receive your luggage at Exit 4 on the 3rd floor.
    • If you are late or unreachable without prior notice, your luggage may be moved to a different location based on other customers' schedules, and additional fees may apply.
    • We may provide advance notice if the provision of the reserved service becomes difficult due to the booking situation.
    Additional information and guidelines
    • Please consider bringing necessary items (such as first aid supplies, cosmetics, sunglasses, and water-related items) that you may need before your luggage arrives.
    • Please store high-value or fragile items separately (We are not responsible for any loss or damage).
    • If the departure or destination is listed as "other," the pick-up time and luggage delivery time will follow the standard procedures for accommodation delivery.
    • If the departure or destination is listed as "port," the pick-up time and luggage delivery time will follow the standard procedures for airport delivery.
